Warranty service

If during the 24-month warranty period, counted from the date of delivery , any components being on warranty will stop working or get damaged but it was use as intended and according to the attached instructions Seller obligate to replace it and cover the travel costs.

Post-warranty service

We provide post-warranty service for all devices supplied by us on the basis of a separate agreement. Under individually defined conditions, we can also provide post-warranty service for machines from other manufacturers.

Spare parts

We guarantee express execution of orders for spare parts. You do not have to worry in emergency situations regarding the continuity of the production process. We always have a buffer of spare parts in stock for your machine.

Solving the most common problems

On this page you will also find tips that may help you in certain situations where a technician visit is not necessary. We want our customers to receive help in service situations immediately, and if possible, also free of charge. For example by using the guides on this page. In other cases, we provide remote support almost immediately after reporting a defect or arrange a technician’s visit on the first available date.
