FM - 01

Valance cutter

The FM-01 is a machine designed to cut a simple awning valance in the range of 50 – 3000 mm. The executive tool is an ultrasonic knife of the French brand DeCoup / Spoolex.
 
Thanks to the use of Omron servo motors, the machine provides precise cuts of fabrics in both axes. Entering data with a barcode scanner speeds up the entire production process.
 
Plus: Omron’s 7-inch color touch panel allows manual data entry and manual control via an intuitive app. A table with a width of 400mm and a length adapted to the customer’s needs, allows the machine to be integrated with any inspection table used in the production of awnings.
